The present invention relates to an integrated platform for airport facility safety inspection using a video, reinforcement learning, UAV-based airport facility crack, defect, and FOD automatic detection system. According to the present invention, the integrated platform for airport facility safety inspection using a video, reinforcement learning, UAV-based airport facility crack, defect, and FOD automatic detection system comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle equipped with an image acquisition device configured to detect and quantify cracks, defects, and foreign matter (FOD) existing in a facility including at least one of a runway, a taxiway, a mooring, and a maintenance facility in an airport based on artificial intelligence algorithms and a laser distance measuring device. The image acquisition device includes two optical cameras for daytime shooting and one thermal imaging (I/R) camera for shooting at night and in poor weather conditions. The unmanned aerial vehicle has a function of automatically performing navigation flight according to a 3D flight path programmed based on a 3D model, and can be manually controlled with a tablet PC. Captured images and measurement data are transmitted to a central server in a control room in real-time using the unmanned aerial vehicle and a communication module installed on the ground and visualized.

    본 발명은 영상, 강화학습, UAV 기반 공항시설물 균열, 결함, FOD(Foreign Object Debris) 자동검출 시스템 및 공항시설물 안전검사를 위한 통합플랫폼에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 영상, 강화학습, UAV 기반 공항시설물 균열, 결함, FOD 자동검출 시스템을 이용한 공항시설물 안전검사를 위한 통합플랫폼은 공항 내 활주로, 유도로, 계류장, 정비시설 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 시설물에 존재하는 균열, 결함, 이물질(FOD)을 인공지능 알고리즘 기반으로 검출하고 정량화하기 위한 영상취득장치가 구비된 무인비행체 및 레이저 거리 측정기를 포함하고,상기 영상취득장치는 주간촬영을 위한 두 개의 광학카메라와 야간 및 기상불량 상태에서 촬영하기 위한 한 개의 열화상(I/R)카메라로 구성되고, 상기 무인비행체는 3D 모델 기반으로 프로그래밍된 3차원 비행 경로에 따라 자동항법비행 기능을 갖추고, 테블릿 PC로 수동 제어가 가능하고, 촬영 영상 및 측정 데이터는 상기 무인비행체와 지상에 설치된 통신모듈을 활용해 실시간으로 관제실의 중앙서버로 전송되고 시각화된다.
