In a method executed through an operation server, a battery pack exchange method of the present invention maps and stores battery identification information for uniquely identifying an n^th (n >= 1) battery pack provided to a user and user identification information for identifying a user in a designated storage medium;checks battery identification information for identifying a battery pack inserted into an empty s^th (1 <= s <= S) slot among S (S >= 2) slots provided in a designated battery station;checks user identification information for a user who has received the n^th battery pack corresponding to the checked battery identification information;extracts a battery pack inserted into an s'^th (1 <= s '<= S, s' ≠ s) slot of the battery station and performs a procedure for providing an (n+1)^th battery pack to the user, or checks whether the battery pack inserted into the s'^th slot of the battery station is extracted and provided to the user for the (n+1)^th time;checks battery identification information for uniquely identifying the (n+1)^th battery pack provided to the user when the battery pack inserted into the s'^th slot is extracted and provided to the user for the (n+1)^th time;maps, updates, and stores the battery identification information for uniquely identifying the (n+1)^th battery pack provided to the user and the user identification information for identifying the user to the designated storage medium. Accordingly, even when a fully charged battery pack is not present in the battery station, a battery pack charged with a remaining amount greater than that of the battery pack inserted into the empty slot can be provided to the user.

    본 발명의 배터리팩 교환 방법에 따르면, 운영서버를 통해 실행되는 방법에 있어서, 사용자에게 제n(n≥1)차 제공된 배터리팩(Battery Pack)을 고유 식별하는 배터리 식별 정보와 사용자를 식별하는 사용자 식별 정보를 지정된 저장매체에 매핑 저장하고, 지정된 배터리 스테이션에 구비된 S(S≥2)개의 슬롯 중 비어 있는 제s(1≤s≤S) 슬롯에 삽입된 배터리팩을 식별하는 배터리 식별 정보를 확인하고, 상기 확인된 배터리 식별 정보에 대응하는 배터리팩을 제n차 제공받은 사용자에 대한 사용자 식별 정보를 확인하고, 상기 배터리 스테이션의 제s'(1≤s'≤S, s'≠s) 슬롯에 삽입되어 있던 배터리팩을 추출하여 사용자에게 제(n+1)차 제공되도록 처리하는 절차를 수행하거나 상기 배터리 스테이션의 제s' 슬롯에 삽입되어 있던 배터리팩이 추출되어 사용자에게 제(n+1)차 제공되는지 확인하고, 상기 제s' 슬롯에 삽입되어 있던 배터리팩이 추출되어 사용자에게 제(n+1)차 제공된 경우 사용자에게 제(n+1)차 제공된 배터리팩을 고유 식별하는 배터리 식별 정보를 확인하며, 상기 사용자에게 제(n+1)차 제공된 배터리팩을 고유 식별하는 배터리 식별 정보와 상기 사용자를 식별하는 사용자 식별 정보를 지정된 저장매체에 매핑하여 갱신 저장한다.
