The present invention discloses a certification method for charging an electric vehicle. The certification method for charging an electric vehicle according to the present invention comprises the steps of: submitting the management list of certificates managed by an operation server to a security agent; the security agent requesting OCSP certification from a certification server for the submitted management list of certificates; the security agent receiving a verification result from the certification server and storing the same in a certification DB; receiving; the security agent receiving certificate OCSP validation requested by a charger from the operation server; and the security agent verifying the received certificate OCSP validity based on the verification result stored in the certification DB, and returning the verification result. Therefore, validation speed can be increased while distributing a load on a PKI server.
