The present invention relates to an active safety system of a vehicle, which comprises: a sensor unit for detecting peripheral information of a vehicle; a communication unit performing wireless communication with a road facility near a vehicle or the other vehicle; and a control unit determining collision possibility of the vehicle and whether there is a collision of the vehicle based on information obtained through the sensor unit and the communication unit and actively and integrally controlling a behavior of a safety device and a chassis component of the vehicle for reducing an injury of a passenger due to a collision or collision avoidance based on a determination result.
