The present invention relates to personal mobility with a speed limiting function on a sidewalk. More particularly, the present invention relates to personal mobility with a speed limiting function on a sidewalk that can provide a high level of safety to both passengers and pedestrians by forcing the speed of the personal mobility within the speed limit in crosswalks or speed limit zones including sidewalks.
