The present invention relates to an MOF-applied hybrid dehumidifying cooling and humidifying heating system for hydrogen fuel cell railway vehicles. The system includes: a sensible heat exchanger (20) exchanging heat between first exhaust air (A) discharged as outside air from a train cabin and an engine room (10) and first outside air (B) inputted as outside air; a heat exchanger (110), when the dehumidifying cooling and humidifying heating system (1) is in a heating mode, exchanging heat between second outside air (C) inputted into the train cabin and the engine room (10) or mixed air of the second outside air (C) and third outside air (D) and second discharged air (E) discharged as outside air from a hydrogen fuel cell (150); a metal organic frame (MOF) dehumidifying rotor unit (50) provided with a dehumidifying rotor (51) made of an MOF material to convert the first outside air (B) into dry air by dehumidifying the first outside air (B) having passed through the sensible heat exchanger (20); a UV lamp unit (60) provided with a UV lamp (61) for radiating ultraviolet rays to the dehumidifying rotor (51); and a refrigerator (70) cooling the first outside air (B) having passed through the MOF dehumidifying rotor unit (50), and heating the second outside air (C) or the mixed air before input into the heat exchanger (110). Therefore, the present invention is capable of reducing the consumption of energy required for train running.

    본 발명의 수소연료전지 철도차량용 MOF 적용 하이브리드 제습냉방 및 가습난방 시스템은, 열차 객실 및 기관실(10)에서 외기로 배출되는 제1 배출공기(A)와 외기로서 투입되는 제1 외기공기(B)의 열교환이 이루어지는 현열교환기(20); 상기 제습냉방 및 가습난방 시스템(1)이 난방모드일 때 상기 열차 객실 및 기관실(10)에 투입되는 제2 외기공기(C) 또는 상기 제2 외기공기(C)와 제3 외기공기(D)가 혼합된 혼합공기와 수소연료전지(150)로부터 외기로 배출되는 제2 배출공기(E)의 열교환이 발생되는 열교환기(110); 상기 현열교환기(20)를 통과한 제1 외기공기(B)을 제습하여 상기 제1 외기공기(B)가 건조공기가 되도록 하는 MOF(Metal organic frame) 재질의 제습로터(51)가 구비되는 MOF 제습로터부(50); 상기 제습로터(51)에 자외선을 조사하기 위한 UV램프(61)를 구비하는 UV램프부(60); 및 상기 MOF 제습로터부(50)를 통과한 제1 외기공기(B)를 냉각시키며, 상기 열교환기(110)에 투입되기 전의 상기 제2 외기공기(C) 또는 혼합공기를 가열시키는 냉동기(70);를 포함할 수 있다.
