Disclosed is a rear wheel trailing arm fastening structure. The rear wheel trailing arm fastening structure comprises: a trailing arm wherein a first position of one end is rotationally installed at a rear wheel, a second position of the other end is rotationally installed on a vehicle body, and the second position is higher than the first position; and a rotary bracket which rotationally connects the trailing arm to the vehicle body in the second position. An objective of the present invention is to provide the rear wheel trailing arm fastening structure capable of effectively reducing a road impact transmitted from the road surface during driving of a vehicle.
