The present invention relates to a test device for a non-explosive underwater impact of an actual ship, which generates an impact wave to be more similar to a hull impact test using an actual explosive and controls an explosion time difference of a plurality of non-explosive explosion devices. According to the present invention, the test device for a non-explosive underwater impact of an actual ship comprises: a main frame roughly controlling arrangement and length of a support rod; an airbag inflator support rod coupled to the main frame; and a metal foil support rod coupled to the main frame.
