Disclosed is a volatile organic compound (VOC) recovery apparatus that effectively re-liquefies VOCs by cooling at least part of the entire VOCs by heat exchange with a refrigerant and prevents excessive load in a refrigerant cycle. The VOC recovery apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pre-cooler part comprising a first pre-cooler provided in a first pre-cooling line connected to a crude oil storage tank, and a second pre-cooler provided in a second pre-cooling line branched from a first pre-cooler entrance side of the first pre-cooler line, the pre-cooler part receiving VOCs from the crude oil storage tank and pre-cooling the same by means of the first pre-cooler and the second pre-cooler; a cooling line branched from a pre-cooling part entrance side of the first pre-cooling line, and in which arranged are a VOC cooler that cools at least part of VOCs supplied from the crude oil storage tank by heat exchange with a refrigerant supplied from a refrigerant storage tank, and a first gas-liquid separator that separates gas and liquid from the cooled VOCs; a first heat exchange line and a second heat exchange line, which respectively receive gas and liquid components from the first gas-liquid separator, supply the same to the first pre-cooling line and the second pre-cooling line for heat exchange with the supplied VOCs, and then supply the same to a customer and a liquid storage tank, respectively; and a first confluence line and a second confluence line, which respectively receive gas components and liquid components from a second gas-liquid separator that separates gas and liquid from the VOCs mixed through the first pre-cooler and the second pre-cooler, and make the gas and liquid components join a VOC cooler entrance side of the cooling line and a second pre-cooler entrance or exit side of the second heat exchange line, respectively.

    유증기 회수장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 유증기 회수장치는 원유저장탱크와 연결된 제1예냉라인에 마련된 제1예냉기와, 제1예냉라인의 제1예냉기 입구 쪽으로부터 분기된 제2예냉라인에 마련된 제2예냉기를 포함하며, 원유저장탱크로부터 유증기를 각각 공급받아 제1예냉기 및 제2예냉기에 의해 예냉시키는 예냉부; 제1예냉라인의 예냉부 입구 쪽으로부터 분기되고, 원유저장탱크로부터 공급받은 유증기의 적어도 일부를 냉매저장탱크로부터 공급받은 냉매와의 열교환에 의해 냉각시키는 유증기냉각기와, 냉각된 유증기를 기액분리하는 제1기액분리기가 배치된 냉각라인; 제1기액분리기로부터 기체성분과 액체성분을 각각 공급받아, 제1예냉기와 제2예냉기로 각각 공급하여 제1예냉라인과 제2예냉라인을 통해 공급된 유증기와 각각 열교환시켜, 수요처와 액체저장탱크로 각각 공급하는 제1열교환라인 및 제2열교환라인; 제1예냉기 및 제2예냉기를 통과하여 혼합된 유증기를 기액분리하는 제2기액분리기로부터 기체성분과 액체성분을 각각 공급받아, 냉각라인의 유증기냉각기 입구 쪽과 제2열교환라인의 제2예냉기 입구 또는 출구 쪽에 각각 합류시키는 제1합류라인 및 제2합류라인;을 포함한다.
