The present invention relates to a floating dock apparatus for earthquake and tsunami disaster prevention. More specifically, the floating dock apparatus for earthquake and tsunami disaster prevention comprises: a construction machine crane and a conveyor formed at the top of a floating dock deck; pumping operation equipment including an earthquake and tsunami disaster prevention mechanism connected to an electronical control regulator; transportation and transportation equipment for construction machinery formed in power generation and manufacturing equipment; facility safety control management electrical equipment formed in a power transmission system transmitting power; the electronical control regulator formed in the construction machine controller; and a hydraulic pump combined and connected with hull moorings through screw adjustors to adjust the height of an apartment building to a height of 40 m above the sea level, thereby avoiding casualties before and after the occurrence of an earthquake and tsunami and preventing major damage and property losses in the coast. In accordance with a technical objective of the present invention, floating docks for small, medium and large-scale marine hydroelectric power plants are provided in the sea to form apartment buildings at a height of 40 m above the sea level, and, in order to prevent casualties before and after the occurrence of an earthquake and tsunami, overlapped nets and tubes for lifesaving are installed in the bottom of the floating dock deck, and, a terrain at a height of 40 m above the sea level is provided with roads, playgrounds, and apartment buildings to form a living environment.

    본 발명은 지진해일방재용 부양식독장치에 관한 것인데, 보다 상세하게는 상기 지진해일방재용 부양식독장치는 부양식독 갑판데크 상단에 건설기계 크레인과 컨베이어와 전자제어 조절장치에 연결되는 지진해일 피해방지장치에 포함하는 펌핑 가동장치와 전력 생산제조장치에 건설기계의 교통운송장치와 동력을 전달하는 동력 전달장치에 설비안전 통제 관리 전장장치와 전자제어조절장치 건설기계조절장치에 전자제어조절장치와 부양식독 선체 계류장치에 나사조절장치들로 결합연결 구비해 아파트건물 등에는 해수면 40m 높이로 아파트건물을 높낮이 조절을 하기 위해 유압펌프로 구성하고 지진해일 발생전 후시 인명사상자를 억제하고 해안가에 큰 피해와 재산상 손실을 방지하기 위해 구성하는 지진해일방재용 부양식독장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는,소형, 중형, 대형의 해양수력발전소의 부양식독을 해양에 구비해 해수면 상단부 40m 높이로 아파트건물을 구성하고 지진해일 발생전 후시 인명사상자를 억제하기 위해 부양식독 갑판데크 하단에 인명구조용의 겹겹히 형성된 그물과 튜브를 설치하며, 해수면 상단부 40m 높이 지형에는 도로와 운동장과 아파트건물을 구비해 생활터전을 구성하도록 지진해일방재용 부양식독장치에 관한 것이다.
