A service management device (20) includes a communication unit (23) configured to receive, from a terminal device (30), request data indicating a request to transport a user (11), and a control unit (21) configured to, when the request data is received by the communication unit (23), determine a transportation vehicle (40) configured to transport the user (11) by referring to service data. The service data indicates order in which a plurality of vehicles (40) configured to sequentially depart from a base (71) and move toward a common destination (73) is expected to arrive at a waiting location (72) at which the user (11) is waiting, and availabilities of vehicles (40) before arrival at the waiting location (72) among the plurality of vehicles (40). Therefore, the present invention improves user convenience.

    운행 관리 장치(20)는, 이용자(11)를 수송할 것을 요구하는 요구 데이터를 단말 장치(30)로부터 수신하도록 구성되는 통신부(23)와, 상기 통신부(23)에 의해 상기 요구 데이터가 수신될 때에, 운행 데이터를 참조하여, 상기 이용자(11)를 수송하도록 구성되는 수송 차량(40)을 결정하도록 구성되는 제어부(21)를 포함한다. 상기 운행 데이터는, 거점(71)을 차례로 출발하여 공통의 목적지(73)로 이동하도록 구성되는 복수대의 차량(40)이, 상기 이용자(11)가 기대하는 대기 지점(72)에 도달하는 순서와, 상기 복수대의 차량(40) 중, 상기 대기 지점(72)에 도달하기 전의 차량(40)의 빈자리 상황을 나타낸다.
