Provided is a device for detecting presence of parking. The present invention includes: a magnetic field sensor comprising a magnetic core and a coil surrounding the magnetic core; an oscillation circuit which is connected to the magnetic field sensor and outputs a signal having a frequency; an object with magnetism located near the magnetic field sensor; and a sensor unit which detects parking status according to a change in the frequency. Therefore, it is possible to output a signal whose frequency changes more sensitively according to entering or exiting a vehicle.

    주차 여부를 감지하는 장치가 제공된다. 본 발명의 장치는, 자기 코어 및 상기 자기 코어를 둘러싸는 코일을 포함하는 자기장 센서, 자기장 센서와 연결되어 주파수를 갖는 신호를 출력하는 발진 회로, 자기장 센서의 주변에 위치하는 자성을 띠는 물체 및 주파수의 변화에 따라 주차 여부를 감지하는 센서부를 포함할 수 있다.
