A floating offshore structure according to an aspect of the present invention includes: a lower body having a cylindrical shape; an upper body having a cylindrical shape with a smaller diameter than the lower body and provided at the center of the upper surface of the lower body; a first damping structure provided on the lower surface of the lower body and damping vertical shaking; a second damping structure provided on the lower surface side of the lower body to damp rotational fluctuation; an upper plate provided on the upper surface of the upper body; and a connection part connecting the upper plate and the second damping structure, thereby having improved damping ability for heave and roll/pitch to further improve stability against heave and roll/pitch.
본 발명의 일면에 따른 부유식 해양구조물은 원기둥 형상을 갖는 하부몸체, 하부몸체보다 직경이 작은 원기둥 형상을 가지고 하부몸체 상부면의 중심부에 구비되는 상부몸체, 하부몸체 하부면에 구비되어 상하동요를 감쇠하는 제1감쇠구조체, 하부몸체의 하부면 측에 구비되어 회전동요를 감쇠하는 제2감쇠구조체, 상부몸체의 상부면에 구비되는 상부플레이트 및 상부플레이트와 제2감쇠구조체를 연결하는 연결부를 포함한다.
