Disclosed is a system for liquefying a volatile organic compound and carbon dioxide. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for liquefying a volatile organic compound and carbon dioxide comprises: a volatile organic compound re-liquefying unit; and a carbon dioxide re-liquefying unit. The volatile organic compound re-liquefying unit includes: a compressor which compresses a volatile organic compound generated in an oil storing tank; a cooler which cools the compressed volatile organic compound; a separator which separates the cooled volatile organic compound into a gas-liquid; a moisture remover which removes moisture from a gas-phase component among components separated into the gas-liquid by the separator; and a condenser which cools the volatile organic compound from which the moisture is removed. The carbon dioxide re-liquefying unit includes: a collecting unit which collects the carbon dioxide from exhaust gas; a compressing unit which compresses the collected carbon dioxide; a pre-cooling unit which pre-cools the compressed carbon dioxide; a dehydrating unit which removes the moisture from the pre-cooled carbon dioxide; and a cooling unit which cools the carbon dioxide from which the moisture is removed. The moisture remover and the dehydrating unit share a dehydrator. The present invention can reduce costs of a device.

    휘발성유기화합물 및 이산화탄소 액화 시스템이 개시된다. 본 실시 예에 따른 휘발성유기화합물 및 이산화탄소 액화 시스템는 오일 저장탱크에서 발생하는 휘발성유기화합물을 압축시키는 압축기와, 압축된 휘발성유기화합물을 냉각시키는 냉각기와, 냉각된 휘발성유기화합물을 기액 분리시키는 세퍼레이터와, 세퍼레이터에 의해 기액 분리된 성분 중 기상 성분으로부터의 수분을 제거하는 수분제거기와, 수분이 제거된 휘발성유기화합물을 냉각하는 응축기를 포함하는 휘발성유기화합물 재액화부와, 배기가스로부터 이산화탄소를 포집하는 포집부와, 포집된 이산화탄소를 압축하는 압축부와, 압축된 이산화탄소를 예냉하는 예냉부와, 예냉된 이산화탄소로부터 수분을 제거하는 탈수부와, 수분이 제거된 이산화탄소를 냉각하는 쿨링부를 포함하는 이산화탄소 재액화부를 가지며, 수분제거기와 탈수부는 탈수기를 공유한다.
