The present invention relates to a deep learning-based multi-lane unmanned speed enforcement system using a camera, which includes: a lighting unit; an image capturing unit; a control unit; and a communication unit, wherein the control unit includes a vehicle object recognition unit, a speed detection unit, a license plate recognition unit, and a traffic information analysis unit. The present invention provides the system which operates without a complicated structure and additional manpower regardless of installation location through communication with a server without the need for a separate controller through real-time image processing (Real-Time) in the camera.
