Introduced are a driver management system and an operation method thereof. The driver management system comprises: a monitoring unit which is provided in a vehicle and determines a degree of driving attention of a driver; and a stopping determination unit which receives the degree of driving attention of the driver and determines a stopping frequency at which the vehicle has to stop at a plurality of stopping points provided on a road to reduce the stopping frequency if the degree of driving attention is high and increase the stopping frequency if the degree of driving attention is low. Therefore, the driving management system prevents an accident.

    차량에 마련되며, 운전자의 운전주의도를 판단하는 모니터링부; 및 운전자의 운전주의도를 수신하고, 차량이 도로상에 마련된 복수의 정차지점에 정차해야 하는 정차빈도를 결정하며, 운전주의도가 높은 경우 정차빈도를 낮추고 운전주의도가 낮은 경우 정차빈도를 높이는 정차판단부;를 포함하는 운전자 관리 시스템 및 그 운영방법이 소개된다.
