[과제] 간략한 방법으로 선체의 일부를 액화 가스 탱크로서 구성한다. [해결 수단] 액화 가스 탱크(10)의 외각을 내각(14), 상갑판(16), 벌크 헤드(18)로 구성한다. 탱크 외각의 내측 표면과, 탱크 외각으로부터 내측으로 돌출되는 골재(24)의 주위를 제 1 단열층(26)으로 덮고, 제 1 단열층(26)의 내측 표면을 제 1 폴리우레아층(28)으로 액밀하게 덮는다. 또한, 제 1 폴리우레아층(28)의 내측 표면을 제 2 단열층(30)으로 덮는 동시에, 제 2 단열층(30)의 내측 표면을 제 2 폴리우레아층(32)으로 액밀하게 덮는다.

    To constitute a part of a vessel body as a liquefied gas tank by a simple method.SOLUTION: An outer shell of a liquefied gas tank 10 is constituted by an inner shell 14, an upper deck 16, and a bulk head 18. An inner surface of the tank outer shell and the periphery of a frame member 24 inwardly projecting from the tank outer shell are covered with a first heat insulation layer 26, and an inner surface of the first heat insulation layer 26 is liquid-tightly covered with a first polyurea layer 28. An inner surface of the first polyurea layer 28 is covered with a second heat insulation layer 30, and an inner surface of the second heat insulation layer 30 is liquid-tightly covered with a second polyurea layer 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
