The present invention provides a combined torque sensor of a steering apparatus, which can acquire a torque value of a steering column more definitely and reduce manufacturing costs due to a simple structure since a magnetic force can be stably collected as compared to multipolar ring magnets in which N and S polarities are repeatedly formed by combining single-pole ring magnets in which N and S polarities are provided one by one on the outer circumferential surfaces of an input shaft part and an output shaft part. The present invention provides the combined torque sensor of the steering apparatus, in which a rod performing rolling motion on an insertion groove of an insert body is formed on the input shaft part by an elastic body, and the rod is formed to be inserted by forming an insertion end of the insert body of the output shaft part to be inclined from the outside toward the center such that a protrusion of the rod is inserted into the insertion end of the output shaft part during rotation of the input shaft part and the output shaft part to prevent twisting, and the rod moves along the incline formed at the insertion end of the output shaft part by the rolling motion when twisting between the input shaft part and the output shaft part occurs due to an external shock to return the output shaft part to an original state and thus prevent twisting.

    본 발명은 입력축부와 출력축부의 외주면에 N, S 극성이 하나씩 있는 단극의 링자석을 결합함으로써 N, S 극성이 반복적으로 형성된 다극성 링자석에 비해 안정적으로 자기력을 수집할 수 있기 때문에 보다 정확한 조향축의 토크값을 얻을 수 있고, 간단한 구조로 인해 제조단가를 줄일 수 있도록 하는 조향장치의 복합형 토크센서를 제공한다. 본 발명은 입력축부에 탄성체에 의해 인서트몸체의 삽입홈 상에서 구름운동을 하는 로드를 구성하고, 출력축부의 인서트몸체의 삽입단을 외측에서 중심측으로 경사지게 형성하여 로드가 삽입되도록 구성함으로써, 입력축부와 출력축부가 회전시 로드의 돌출구는 출력축부의 삽입단에 삽입되어 비틀림을 방지하도록 하고, 외부의 충격으로 입력축부와 출력축부 사이에 비틀림이 발생시 로드가 구름운동으로 출력축부의 삽입단에 형성된 경사를 따라 움직이므로 출력축부는 원상태로 복귀되어 비틀림을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
