The present invention relates to an aluminum extrusion assist arm and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the aluminum extrusion assist arm of the present invention comprises: a pair of pipe units in which an insertion unit is formed; and a rod unit which is provided with a pattern unit having at least one hollow unit inside, wherein both end units are coupled to the pair of pipe units. The pipe unit and the rod unit are integrally molded by aluminum extrusion. Accordingly, an objective of the present invention is to provide the aluminum extrusion assist arm capable of realizing abbreviation in a manufacturing process, reduction in a weight, and increase in dynamic stiffness, and the manufacturing method thereof.
본 발명은 알루미늄 압출 어시스트암 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 삽입부가 형성되는 한 쌍의 파이프부; 및 내측에 적어도 하나 이상의 중공부를 가지는 패턴부가 구비되고, 양 단부가 한 쌍의 상기 파이프부와 결합되는 로드부;를 포함하고, 상기 파이프부와 상기 로드부는 일체로 알루미늄 압출에 의해 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 압출 어시스트 암에 관한 것이다.
