The present invention relates to a frame-integrated vehicle partition panel manufacturing method. The frame-integrated vehicle partition panel manufacturing method according to the present invention comprises: a first step of preparing a hollow frame which is made of a CFRP material and forms an internal skeleton of a partition panel; and a second step of forming a skin unit integrated with the frame by combining a skin material of a plastic material or a CFRP material with the outer surface of the frame. According to the present invention, the partition panel which is lightweight and has high rigidity can be manufactured.
본 발명에 따른 프레임 일체형 차량 파티션 패널 제조방법은, CFRP 재질로 형성되며, 파티션 패널의 내부 골격을 이루는 속이 빈 프레임을 준비하는 제1단계; 및 상기 프레임의 외면에 플라스틱 재질 또는 CFRP 재질의 스킨재를 결합시켜, 상기 프레임과 일체화된 스킨부를 형성하는 제2단계를 포함한다. 본 발명을 사용하면, 가벼우면서도 강성이 높은 파티션 패널을 제조할 수 있다.
