According to the present invention, the process fusion-based boat manufacturing apparatus for enhancing safety comprises: a flow analysis unit that analyzes the balance and center of gravity of a boat in 3D (Dimension) flow; and a manufacturing process control unit for controlling a manufacturing process of the boat based on the flow analysis by the flow analysis unit. By manufacturing the boat based on process fusion to enhance stability, the durability of the boat is improved. In addition, it is possible to efficiently manage the production process with a small number of workers in many workshops, thereby reducing production costs.
