The present invention relates to an unmanned vehicle enforcement device for a disabled parking space using biometric information and an unmanned vehicle enforcement system using the same, wherein a driver can park a vehicle conveniently in a disabled parking space without getting off the vehicle or moving via a simple authentication process of recognizing biometric information inside the vehicle. The unmanned vehicle enforcement device for a disabled parking space using biometric information according to the present invention comprises: a vehicle detection part installed in a disabled parking space to detect a vehicle approaching the disabled parking space; an image photographing part for photographing the license number of the detected vehicle; a communication part for transmitting and receiving signals to and from the outside; and a control part for, if a vehicle is detected, recognizing the photographed license number and, if the recognized license number is for a vehicle registered as a disabled vehicle, receiving recognized biometric information from the vehicle through the communication part to determine the recognized biometric information is biometric information registered for a disabled person and to control unmanned enforcement in the disabled parking space.

    본 발명은 생체정보를 이용한 장애인전용주차구역 차량무인단속장치 및 이를 이용한 차량무인단속 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 차량 내에서 생체정보를 인식하는 간단한 인증과정을 통해 탑승자가 차량에서 하차 또는 이동 없이 장애인주차구역에 편리하게 주차할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 생체정보를 이용한 장애인전용주차구역 차량무인단속장치는 장애인전용주차구역에 설치되어, 장애인전용주차구역에 접근하는 차량을 감지하는 차량 감지부, 감지된 차량의 차량번호를 촬영하는 영상 촬영부, 외부로부터 신호를 송수신하는 통신부 및 차량이 감지되면 촬영된 차량번호를 인식한 후, 인식된 차량번호가 장애인 차량으로 등록된 차량인 경우, 통신부를 통해 차량으로부터 인식된 생체정보를 수신하여 인식된 생체정보가 장애인으로 등록된 생체정보인지 판단하여 장애인전용주차구역에서 무인단속을 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
