The present invention relates to an electric truck battery replacement method and, more specifically, to a method of charging an electric truck by replacing a battery of the electric truck with another battery, which is pre-charged in a charging space, in a replacement space for a short time so as to supply a large amount of electric energy required for the electric truck transporting a heavy object. In the case of a small electric truck, since a battery is fixed to the vehicle and an electric wire is directly connected to the vehicle to charge the battery, the electric truck cannot be driven during the charging time, which can result in a driving loss, and cannot be driven for a long time, which can lead to inconvenience, and also, in the case of a large electric truck including a trailer, the large electric truck cannot satisfy a required massive battery charging amount and is still on a development stage while not being able to be commercialized. The electric truck battery replacement method can fundamentally solve these charging issues as well as can save electricity costs for electric trucks by charging an electric truck with low-cost surplus electricity generated from a battery during a midnight period, and can enable a separated battery to be used an ESS for a domestic power grid supplying backup power for preventing a blackout of a power station during a maximum electricity consumption demand period.

    본 발명은 전기트럭 배터리 교체 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명은 중량물을 운반하는 전기트럭에서 필요한 많은 전기에너지를 공급할 수 있도록 충전공간에서 미리 충전한 배터리를 교체공간에서 짧은 시간에 교체하여 전기트럭을 충전하는 방법으로, 소형 전기트럭은 배터리를 차량에 고정하고 차량에 직접 전선을 연결하여 충전하기 때문에 충전시간동안 전기트럭을 운행하지 못하여 운행 손실을 발생하고 장거리 운행이 불가능하여 불편하며, 트레일러를 포함하는 대형 전기트럭은 필요한 막대한 배터리 충전을 감당하지 못하여 실용화되지 못하고 아직도 개발 단계를 유지하는 전기트럭의 충전문제를 근본적으로 해결할 뿐 아니라, 분리한 배터리를 이용하여 심야시간에 발생하는 저렴한 잉여전기를 활용하여 충전하면 전기트럭의 전기비용을 절감하고, 분리된 배터리로 전기소비의 최대 수요 시간에 발전소의 블랙아웃을 방지하는 예비전력을 공급하는 국가 전력망의 ESS 장치로 사용할 수 있는 전기트럭 배터리 교체방법에 관한 것이다.
