Disclosed is an armrest unit for a vehicle. The armrest unit for the vehicle according to the present embodiment comprises: a fixation housing coupled to a frame unit of a seatback; a rotation cylinder unit rationally mounted inside the fixation housing; a piston unit disposed between the fixation housing and the rotation cylinder unit, rotating together when the rotation cylinder unit rotates, and moving forward and backward in the longitudinal direction of the rotation cylinder unit; and a member unit fixed to the piston unit in a member shape and rotating and moving forward and backward together with the piston unit. An objective of the present invention is to provide the armrest unit for the vehicle in which the member unit is accommodated in a seat cushion or is withdrawn from the seat cushion.

    차량용 암레스트 유닛이 개시된다. 본 실시 예에 따른 차량용 암레스트 유닛은 시트백의 프레임부에 결합되는 고정 하우징; 상기 고정 하우징의 내부에 회전 가능하게 장착되는 로테이션 실린더부; 상기 고정 하우징과 상기 로테이션 실린더부 사이에 배치되며, 상기 로테이션 실린더부의 회전 시 함께 회전되며 상기 로테이션 실린더부의 길이방향으로 진퇴되는 피스톤부; 및 멤버 형상으로 상기 피스톤부에 고정되며, 상기 피스톤부와 함께 회전 및 진퇴 동작하는 멤버부;를 포함하여 제공될 수 있다.
