The present invention relates to a high-voltage battery mounting structure of a vehicle, comprising: a center follower panel of a vehicle body; a front seat cross member and a rear seat cross member mounted on an upper side of the center follower panel; a front reinforcing component provided between the center follower panel and the front seat cross member and configured to be coupled with a mounting bolt which is fastened through a battery system assembly mounted on a lower side of the center follower panel from a lower side; and a rear reinforcing component provided between the center follower panel and the rear seat cross member and configured to be coupled with the mounting bolt which penetrates the battery system assembly from the lower side and is fastened. An objective of the present invention is to provide the high-voltage battery mounting structure of the vehicle, designed to sufficiently ensure durability of an electric vehicle.
