Disclosed is a floating facility for producing hydrogen. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the floating facility for producing hydrogen comprises: a hydrogen production unit including a desulfurizer receiving natural gas through a natural gas supply line connected to a liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier, and removing sulfur from the natural gas, a preliminary reformer making the natural gas passing through the desulfurizer react with steam for reforming and generating reformed gas containing hydrogen and carbon monoxide, a steam reformer making the carbon monoxide contained in the reformed gas have a conversion reaction with the steam and converting the same into hydrogen and carbon dioxide, and a hydrogen separator separating and purifying hydrogen from a mixed fluid passing through the steam reformer; a hydrogen production line connecting the desulfurizer, the preliminary reformer, the steam reformer, and the hydrogen separator; a steam supply line supplying the steam extracted through the hydrogen separator to a front end of the preliminary reformer of the hydrogen production line; a steam supplementation line connecting a boiler of the LNG carrier and the steam supply line, and supplying the steam generated by the boiler to the steam supply line; a steam flow rate measuring unit placed on the rear end of the hydrogen separator of the steam supply line, and measuring the flow rate of the steam supplied from the hydrogen separator; and a steam supplementation valve placed on the steam supplementation line. The steam supplementation valve is controlled for the opening level based on the flow rate of the steam measured by the steam flow rate measuring unit. The present invention aims to provide a floating facility for producing hydrogen, which is capable of receiving natural gas and producing hydrogen on the sea.

    수소생산부유체를 개시한다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 수소생산부유체는 LNG 운반 선박과 연결된 천연가스공급라인을 통해 천연가스를 공급받아 천연가스로부터 황성분을 제거하는 탈황기와, 탈황기를 통과한 천연가스를 스팀과 개질반응시켜 수소와 일산화탄소를 함유한 개질가스로 생성하는 예비개질기와, 개질가스에 함유된 일산화탄소를 스팀과 전환반응시켜 수소와 이산화탄소로 전환시키는 스팀개질기와, 스팀개질기를 통과한 혼합유체로부터 수소를 분리 및 정제하는 수소분리기를 포함하는 수소생산부; 탈황기, 예비개질기, 스팀개질기 및 수소분리기를 연결하는 수소생산라인; 수소분리기를 거쳐 추출된 스팀을 수소생산라인의 예비개질기 전단으로 공급하는 스팀공급라인; LNG 운반 선박의 보일러와 스팀공급라인을 연결하며, 보일러에 의해 생성된 스팀을 스팀공급라인으로 공급하는 스팀보충라인; 스팀공급라인의 수소분리기 후단에 마련되며, 수소분리기로부터 공급되는 스팀의 유량을 측정하는 스팀유량측정기; 및 스팀보충라인에 마련된 스팀보충밸브;를 더 포함하되, 스팀보충밸브는 스팀유량측정기에 의해 측정된 스팀의 유량을 기초로 개폐 정도가 제어된다.
