Disclosed is an online operating system for a parking lot. According to the present invention, a central processing unit includes: a parking request processing unit for checking the parking availability using parking lot status information on a database in accordance with a parking request from a parking management device through a data transmission/reception unit, and transmitting the same to a corresponding general parking user terminal through the data transmission/reception unit; a parking lot status change and payment processing unit for updating the parking lot status information on the database in accordance with parking lot status change information from the parking management device through the data transmission/reception unit, and performing a payment process for a parking fee in accordance with parking finishing information from the parking lot status information; a parking reservation request processing unit for checking the parking availability using the parking lot status information on the database in accordance with a parking reservation request from a terminal of a user with the parking priority through the data transmission/reception unit, approving the parking in case that the parking can be performed, updating the parking lot status information on the database, transmitting an exit command to the corresponding general parking user terminal when a general parking user vehicle is parked to allow a corresponding parking section to be empty, approving the parking, and updating the parking status information on the database; and a display change processing unit for transmitting display change information to the corresponding parking management device through the data transmission/reception unit in accordance with a status change of the parking section. Therefore, parking can be conveniently performed without a residential manager.

    본 발명은 주차장 온라인 운영 시스템을 제안한다. 특히 본 발명의 중앙 처리부는, 데이터 송/수신부를 통한 주차 관리 장치로부터의 주차신청에 따라 데이터베이스의 주차장상태 정보를 이용하여 주차 가능 여부를 확인하여 데이터 송/수신부를 통하여 해당 일반 주차자 단말기로 전송하기 위한 주차신청 처리부, 데이터 송/수신부를 통한 주차 관리 장치로부터의 주차장상태변경 정보에 따라 데이터베이스의 주차장상태 정보를 업데이트하고 그 정보 중 주차종료 정보에 따라 주차요금에 대한 결재 과정을 수행하기 위한 주차장상태변경 및 결재 처리부, 데이터 송/수신부를 통한 주차 우선권자 단말기로부터의 주차예약신청에 따라 데이터베이스의 주차장상태 정보를 이용하여 주차 가능 여부를 확인하여, 주차 가능이면 주차를 승인하고 데이터베이스의 주차장상태 정보를 업데이트하며, 일반 주차자 차량이 주차 중이면 해당 일반 주차자 단말기로 출차명령을 전송하여 해당 주차구획을 비우도록 한 후에 주차를 승인하고 데이터베이스의 주차장상태 정보를 업데이트하기 위한 주차예약신청 처리부, 및 주차구획의 상태변경에 따라 데이터 송/수신부를 통하여 해당 주차 관리 장치로 표시변경 정보를 전송하기 위한 표시변경 처리부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
