The present invention relates to an electric vehicle charging rate calculation device using an intelligent power metering infrastructure, comprising: a plug to which a mobile charging device for charging an electric vehicle is connected; a smart meter which measures the amount of electricity used to charge an electric vehicle; a gateway which transmits electricity usage information for charging an electric vehicle to an advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) application system; and the AMI application system which calculates a customer's charge by using the electricity usage information for charging an electric vehicle, which has been received through the gateway.
