A wheeled device for wired and wireless charging is formed in the shape of L, has a wheeled charging connector containing a battery consisting of a hexahedral main body or a port formed thereon to connect a charging connector, and includes a plug and a handle for charging the battery consisting of a hexahedral main body. In addition, a wireless charging pad, which can be formed flat to be able to come below a wheel of a vehicle, is included or a wireless charging device having a transmission-side coil of a magnetic resonance method formed thereon is formed. A transmitting and receiving device of the wireless charging device has wheels formed on the bottom surface to be able to put a wireless charging transmission device from one side of the battery consisting of a hexahedral main body to the bottom surface of a vehicle. Wireless charging is performed by interaction with a wireless charging receiving device on the bottom surface of the vehicle. Wired charging is performed by connecting the wheeled charging connector, which contains the battery consisting of a hexahedral main body, to a charging inlet of an electric vehicle or by connecting the charging connector to the port for connecting a charging connector, and connecting the charging connector to the charging inlet of the electric vehicle. The battery of the wired and wireless charging device is charged by inserting a plug for charging the battery consisting of a hexahedral main body into a wall socket.

    유무선충전용 바퀴 달린 장치는 L자로 형성되어 육면체등의 본체로 된 배터리가 내장된 바퀴달린 충전 커넥터 또는 충전 커넥터를 연결시키기 위한 포트가 형성되며 육면체등의 본체로 된 배터리를 충전시키기 위한 플러그와 손잡이가 포함되며 또한 여기에 납작하여 자동차 바퀴 밑으로 들어 갈 수 있게 되게 형성이 되는 무선 충전용 패드가 구비되거나 자기공명방식의 송신부코일이 형성되는 무선 충전용 장치가 형성되며 바닥면에 바퀴가 형성되는 것을 무선 충전장치의 송수신 장치는 육면체등의 본체로 된 배터리의 일측에서 자동차의 바닥면으로 무선충전 송신장치를 넣을 수 있게 하며 자동차의 바닥면의 무선충전 수신장치와 상호작용하여 무선 충전되는 것이며 유선 충전은 육면체등의 본체로 된 배터리가 내장된 바퀴달린 충전 커넥터 를 전기 자동차의 충전인렛과 연결시키거나 충전 커넥터를 연결시키기 위한 포트에 충전 커넥터를 연결시키고 충전 커넥터를 전기 자동차의 충전인렛과 연결시켜서 유선 충전을 하게 되며 유무선 충전 장치의 배터리는 육면체등의 본체로 된 배터리를 충전시키기 위한 플러그를 콘센트에 꽂아서 충전하게 되는 것이다.
