본 발명 히트파이프를 이용한 수냉식 급속 충전용 케이블은, 다수의 와이어가 밀집된 형상으로 구비된 도선(140), 도선(140)을 피복하는 형태로 구비되며, 절연 및 유연성을 가지는 재질로 형성된 외피(130), 절곡이 가능한 재질로 이루어지며, 외피(130)와 일정한 간격을 가지고 구비되어, 냉각유체가 흐르는 유로(P)를 형성하는 보호관(120), 보호관(120)의 일측과 타측에 구비되며, 냉각유체를 유로(P)에 유입시키고 배출시키는 냉각유체유입관(110a) 및 냉각유체배출관(110b)을 포함하되; 유로(P)에는 다수의 통공(112)이 형성된 와류형성판(111)이 구비되고, 와류형성판(111)에 형성된 통공(112)의 내벽면에는 중심부를 향하여 경사진 경사판(112a)이 구비되고, 냉각유체유입관(110a) 및 냉각유체배출관(110b)과 연결된 수냉식 열교환기(200)가 구비된 것을 요지로 한다.

    The present invention is summarized as a water-cooled fast charging cable using a heat pipe, comprising: a conductive wire (140) provided with a plurality of wires densely formed; an outer shell (130) provided in a form covering the conductive wire (140), and formed of a material having insulation and flexibility; a protection pipe (120) made of a material that can be bent and provided having a predetermined interval from the outer shell (130) so as to form a flow path (P) through which a cooling fluid flows; and a cooling fluid inlet pipe (110a) and a cooling fluid outlet pipe (110b) provided on one side and the other side of the protection pipe (120) so as to introduce and discharge the cooling fluid into and from the flow path (P), wherein the flow path (P) is provided with a vortex-forming plate (111) having a plurality of through-holes (112) formed therein, and an inclined plate (112a) inclined toward the center is provided on an inner wall surface of each through-hole (112) formed in the vortex-forming plate (111), and a water-cooled heat exchanger (200) connected to the cooling fluid inlet pipe (110a) and the cooling fluid outlet pipe (110b) is provided.
