The present invention relates to a system for preventing a vehicle from becoming unstable due to regenerative braking on rear wheels and, more specifically, to a system for preventing a vehicle from becoming unstable due to regenerative braking on rear wheels, capable of securing vehicle stability through a reduction in a regenerative braking amount before the occurrence of a rear wheel slip, and updating a regenerative braking distribution map in accordance with a braking situation, and a method thereof. In accordance with the present invention, the system includes: a first control part distributing braking torque on front and rear wheels by deceleration size in accordance with a basic regenerative braking distribution ratio on a regenerative braking distribution map based on a braking amount demanded by a driver, while reducing regenerative braking torque on the rear wheels to no more than a first reference value in a control section between first deceleration and second deceleration; and a second control part making an additional reduction in the regenerative braking torque on the rear wheels when a wheel slip value occurring on the rear wheels in accordance with vehicle driving information during braking is greater than a reference slip value.

    본 발명은 후륜 회생제동으로 인한 차량 불안정 발생 사전 방지 시스템에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 후륜 휠 슬립 발생 이전에 회생 제동량을 미리 감소시켜 차량 안정성을 확보하며, 제동 상황에 따라 회생 제동 배분맵을 업데이트시킬 수 있는 후륜 회생제동으로 인한 차량 불안정 발생 사전 방지 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 상술한 과제를 해결하기 위해 본 발명은, 운전자 요구 제동량에 기반하여 회생 제동 배분맵 상의 기본 회생 제동 배분비에 따라 감속도 크기 별로 전륜과 후륜의 제동토크를 배분하되, 제1 감속도와 제2 감속도 사이의 조절구간에서 후륜 회생 제동토크를 제1 기준값 이하로 미리 감소시키는 제1 제어부; 및 제동 중 차량 주행 정보에 따라 후륜에 발생된 휠 슬립값이 기준슬립값 보다 크면 후륜 회생 제동 토크를 추가로 감소시켜 상기 제1 제어부에 전달하는 제2 제어부;를 포함한다.
