The present invention provides a drainage structure for a ballast tank, which does not need to remarkably lengthen the time for draining residual ballast water from the ballast tank even if the water discharge hole is reduced. Four small section rooms ((2-1)-(2-4)) included in a transversal small section room row (20W) are communicating with each other through three water discharge holes (25), respectively penetrating three longitudinal frame materials (17) placed in the transversal small section room row (20W). In addition, each of a plurality of small section rooms, respectively included in four longitudinal small section room rows (20L), made of a plurality of small section rooms ((1-1)-(4-1), (1-2)-(4-2), (1-3)-(4-3), (1-4)-(4-4)) placed in a longitudinal direction (L) of a ship including one of the four small sections ((2-1)-(2-4)) configuring the transversal small section room row (20W) is communicating with each other by a plurality of water discharge holes (25), respectively penetrating a plurality of floor materials (13).

    [과제] 종래부터 통수 구멍을 줄여도, 밸러스트 탱크로부터 잔류 밸러스트수를 배수하는 시간을 현저히 길게 할 필요가 없는 밸러스트 탱크의 배수 구조를 제공한다. [해결 수단] 횡방향 소구획실열(20W)에 포함되는 4개의 소구획실((2-1)~(2-4))이, 횡방향 소구획실열(20W) 내에 위치하는 3개의 세로 프레임재(17)를 각각 관통하는 3개의 통수 구멍(25)을 통해서 연통 상태에 있다. 또한, 횡방향 소구획실열(20W)을 구성하는 4개의 소구획((2-1)~(2-4)) 중 1개를 포함해서 선박의 종방향(L)으로 배열되는 복수의 소구획실[(1-1)~(4-1), (1-2)~(4-2), (1-3)~(4-3), (1-4)~(4-4)]로 이루어지는 4개의 종방향 소구획실열(20L)에 각각 포함되는 복수의 소구획실의 각각이, 복수의 바닥재(13)를 각각 관통하는 복수의 통수 구멍(25)에 의해 연통 상태에 있다.
