A light emitting device and the like are disclosed. A light emitting layer includes three or more hosts. An electron transport region includes a buffer layer. The three or more hosts include a hole transport host (HT), a first electron transport host (ET1), and a second electron transport host (ET2). The buffer layer includes a third electron transporting host (ET2'). The LUMO energy of the second electron transport host (ET2) is equal to the LUMO energy of the third electron transport host (ET2').

    발광층이 3개 이상의 호스트를 포함하고, 전자 수송 영역이 버퍼층을 포함하며, 상기 3개 이상의 호스트는 정공 수송성 호스트(HT), 제1 전자 수송성 호스트(ET1) 및 제2 전자 수송성 호스트(ET2)를 포함하며, 상기 버퍼층은 제3 전자 수송성 호스트(ET2')를 포함하며, 상기 제2 전자 수송성 호스트(ET2)의 LUMO 에너지가 상기 제3 전자 수송성 호스트(ET2')의 LUMO 에너지와 같은, 발광 소자 등이 개시된다.
