A charging location-selectable system can be installed in a separate space at a front end of a charging adapter (5015), independently of the charging adapter. The charging adapter includes a transformer (1000), an allowable power management device (1100), an alternating current (AC)/direct current (DC) converting system (2000), and a requested power control unit (3000). In addition, the present invention has an important feature of a charging method using a DC, for collectively converting an AC to a DC in a separate area different from the space where the charging adapter (5015) is located. Another key feature of the present invention is to have a parking space with a much larger number of charging adapters (5015) compared to the number of electric vehicles being charged at the same time. Preferably, almost all parking spaces are designed to have or have in the future the charging adapters (5015). For example, the number of electric vehicles that can be charged at the same time is 60 units, but parking spaces with the charging adapters (5015) can be 500 units. In this case, the parking spaces allow internal combustion engine vehicles and electric vehicles to be arbitrarily parked without the distinction therebetween. Even in the case of an electric vehicle, even if the same is fully charged, the same is not required to be removed from the parking spaces. In addition, designated parking spaces can be set, and even if drivers use internal combustion engine vehicles, or change the same to electric vehicle in the future, the drivers can use the same parking space without any inconvenience.

    본 발명에서는 변압기(1000), 허용전력량 관리 장치(1100), AC/DC 컨버팅 시스템(2000), 요청전력조작부(3000)를 포함하는 주차구역의 충전용 어댑터(5015)와는 전혀 별도로 앞단의 별도의 공간에 설치할 수 있다는 것이다. 또한 적어도 충전용 어댑터(5015)가 있는 공간과는 다른 전 별도구역에서 직류로 일괄 전환하여 직류에 의한 충전방식이라는 점에서 중요한 특징이 있다. 본 발명의 또 하나의 핵심적인 특징은 동시 충전 전기자동차 대수에 비해 그 숫자가 훨씬 많은 충전용 어댑터(5015)를 보유한 주차공간을 가진다는 점이다. 바람직하기로는 거의 모든 주자공간이 충전용 어댑터(5015)를 가지거나 향후 가질 수 있도록 설계한다는 점이다. 예를 들면 동시 충전 가능대수는 60대이나 충전용 어댑터(5015)를 가진 주차공간은 500개 하는 식이 될 수 있다. 이렇게 될 경우 주차공간은 내연기관 자동차나 전기자동차의 구분 없이 임의로 주차할 수 있고, 전기자동차의 경우도 충전을 다했다고 해도 그 주차공간에서 차를 뺄 필요가 없을 수 있다. 그리고 지정주차공간을 설정할 수 있는데 현재 내연기관 자동차를 사용하거나 향후 전기자동차로 바꿀 경우도 전혀 불편함이 없이 동일한 주차공간을 사용할 수 있다.
