According to the present invention, disclosed is a ship entry and departure control system for safe ship navigation regardless of a size of a ship at the time of entry and departure of the ship, which uses digital twin and uses GPS information, pose information, shape information, and an electronic navigational chart of the ship in real time to simulate a 3D shape image of the ship to correspond to a current position and pose of the ship so as to synthesize and display an optimized moving path to the electronic navigational chart, thereby visually checking circumstances of the ship and surrounding the ship so that entry and departure are performed quickly and accurately.

    본 발명은 디지털 트윈을 이용하여 선박의 입출항 시에 선박의 규모에 관계없이 안전운항을 위해 실시간으로 선박의 GPS정보와 자세정보와 선박의 형상 정보 및 전자해도 정보를 이용하여, 선박의 3D 형상 이미지를 현재 선박의 위치와 자세에 대응하도록 시뮬레이션 후 최적화된 이동경로를 전자해도에 합성하여 표시하여 줌으로써, 선박 및 선박 주위의 상황을 육안으로 확인하여 입출항을 신속하며 정확하게 수행할 수 있도록 하는 디지털 트윈을 이용한 선박 입출항 관제 시스템을 제안한다.
