The present invention relates to a driver assistance apparatus and a warning method thereof. The driver assistance apparatus of the present invention comprises: a detector detecting outdoor information and indoor information of a vehicle; and a controller determining a warning method based on a driving condition and a driver condition confirmed through the detector when a warning condition is recognized during operation of a driver assistance function, and outputting a warning according to the determined warning method. An objective of the present invention is to provide the driver assistance apparatus for outputting the warning, and the warning method thereof.

    본 발명은 운전자 보조 장치 및 그의 경고 방법에 관한 것으로, 차량의 실외 정보 및 실내 정보를 검출하는 검출기, 및 운전자 보조 기능 동작 중 경고 상황 인식 시 상기 검출기를 통해 확인된 주행 상황 및 운전자 상태에 기반하여 경고 방식을 결정하고 결정된 경고 방식에 따라 경고를 출력하는 제어기를 포함한다.
