The present invention discloses an electric vehicle sharing charging device and method, which are capable of charging an electric vehicle (EV) in connection with a charging station of an electric vehicle (EV) provided for each home, performing charging, and paying a charging fee. According to the present invention, the method includes the steps of: registering usage pattern information of a resident in a home energy management system (HEMS) provided in the home; generating a charging service request from a third party; determining, by the HEMS, whether a charging service is permitted by accessing the usage pattern information; and transmitting a chargeable message or a chargeable message to a user terminal requesting the charging service according to whether the charging service is allowed. Accordingly, an EV vehicle driver can be informed in a timely manner of EV charging facilities which can be charged according to a remaining battery level of their vehicle.
본 발명은 가정마다 마련된 전기차량(EV)의 충전소와 연계하여 전기차량(EV)의 충전가능 및 충전수행, 충전요금 등을 결제할 수 있는 전기차량 공유 충전장치 및 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명에 의하면 가정에 마련된 홈 에너지 관리 시스템(Home Energy Management System:HEMS)에 거주자의 사용패턴 정보를 등록하는 단계와, 제3자로부터 충전 서비스 요청이 발생하는 단계, 상기 HEMS가 상기 사용패턴 정보를 액세스하여 충전 서비스 허용 여부를 판단하는 단계, 및 상기 충전 서비스 허용 여부에 따라 충전가능 메시지 또는 충전불가 메시지를 상기 충전 서비스 요청한 사용자 단말로 전송하는 단계를 포함하여 구성된다.
