The present invention relates to a silicon carbide-based power module for an in-vehicle on-board charger (OBC) comprising: a ceramic substrate with a plurality of pins protruding vertically upward; and a case, wherein a plurality of pins penetrate the pin holes formed to penetrate the inner and outer sides, that protects the ceramic substrate by covering the inner space with one side open. A reinforcing rib is formed in an inner space of the case to maintain the ceramic substrate in a flat state by adhering a center and an outer part of a surface of the ceramic substrate, respectively. Therefore, the present invention is capable of improving a performance of heat dissipation.

    본 발명은 차량 내 탑재형 배터리 충전기(OBC)용 탄화규소 기반의 파워 모듈에 관한 것으로서, 수직 상방으로 복수의 핀이 돌출된 세라믹 기판과, 복수의 핀이 내, 외측으로 관통되게 형성된 핀 홀을 관통하여 일면이 개방된 내측 공간에 세라믹 기판을 덮어 보호하는 케이스를 포함한다. 케이스의 내측 공간에는 세라믹 기판의 표면 중앙과 외곽 부분을 각각 밀착하여 세라믹 기판을 평평한 상태로 유지시키는 보강 리브가 형성된다.
