The present invention relates to a complete lightweight structure. In the present invention, a cowl complete is made of aluminum A5052 material and a front pillar is made of SGAFC 780 material, which is a 780 MPa class high tensile steel sheet, in order to lighten a dash complete installed between a front engine room and a passenger compartment of an automobile. According to the present invention, it is possible to meet weight reduction of the automobile according to weight reduction of the dash complete, and there is an advantage in that it is possible to enjoy an effect of improving a fuel efficiency of the automobile and reducing exhaust gas emission.
본 발명은 자동차의 전방 엔진룸과 탑승 실의 사이에 설치되는 대시 컴플리트를 경량화하기 위하여 카울 컴플리트를 알루미늄 A5052 소재로 하고, 프론트 필러를 780MPa급 고장력 강판인 SGAFC 780 소재로 함으로써, 대시 컴플리트 경량화에 따른 자동차 경량화에 부응할 수 있어 자동차의 연비향상과 배기가스 배출 저감 효과를 누릴 수 있는 장점이 있다.
