Disclosed are a gesture recognition system and a method thereof. According to the present invention, based on RANSAC, human gestures can be recognized using box recognition, person recognition, estimation of a height of a recognized person, and a human arm recognition technology. The gesture recognition system of the present invention comprises: a camera unit (110); a control unit (120); a data storage unit (130); and a communication unit (140).

    제스처 인식 시스템 및 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명은 RANSAC을 기반으로 사용자가 소지한 박스 인식, 사람 인식, 인식된 사람의 신장 추정과 사람의 팔 인식 기술을 이용하여 사람의 제스처를 인식할 수 있다.
