Disclosed is a power transmission apparatus for a hybrid vehicle. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the power transmission apparatus for the hybrid vehicle is able to apply a single complex planetary gear set, simplify the structure of a transmission as much as possible, add various transmission modes such as a multi-step engine mode, parallel hybrid mode, electronic continuously variable transmission mode (eCVT mode), and electronic vehicle mode (EV mode), reduce the cost price, and realize a fuel efficiency and power performance which are equal to or higher than those of other equivalent transmissions. The power transmission apparatus for the hybrid vehicle uses an engine and a motor/generator as power sources, comprising: a first input shaft and a second input shaft; an idle shaft; a complex planetary gear set which is placed on a line of the second input shaft, and includes a first rotary element, second rotary element, third rotary element, and fourth rotary element by a connection combinations of the first planetary gear set and the second planetary gear set by sharing a planetary carrier, and in which the first rotary element is selectively connected to a transmission housing, the second rotary element is fixed on the second input shaft, the third rotary element is fixed on a rotor of the motor/generator, and the fourth rotary element is fixed on the engine output shaft; a first output shaft; a connection element which selectively transmits the rotary power transmitted from the engine output shaft to one rotary element of the complex planetary gear set or the first input shaft; an engagement element which selectively connects one or more rotary elements of the complex planetary gear set to the transmission housing; and a plurality of gear rows which are gear-connected by outer contact with parts between the first input shaft, the second input shaft, the idle shaft, and the first output shaft, and which change the speed of the rotary power inputted through the first input shaft and the second input shaft.

    하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치는 하나의 복합유성기어세트를 적용하여 변속기의 구조를 최대한 단순화하면서 다단의 엔진 모드와 패러렐 하이브리드 모드, 및 전자적 무단변속 모드(eCVT 모드)와 전자자동차 모드(EV 모드) 등의 다양한 변속 모드를 추가하여 원가 절감 및 동등 변속기 이상의 연비 및 동력 성능을 구현하도록, 엔진과 모터/제너레이터를 동력원으로 하고, 제1, 제2 입력축; 아이들 축; 상기 제2 입력축의 선상에 배치되며, 유성캐리어를 공유하여 상기 제1, 제2 유성기어세트의 연결 조합으로 제1, 제2, 제3, 제4 회전요소를 보유하며, 상기 제1 회전요소가 변속기하우징에 선택적으로 연결되며, 상기 제2 회전요소가 상기 제2 입력축에 고정 연결되며, 상기 제3 회전요소가 상기 모터/제너레이터의 로터에 고정 연결되며, 상기 제4 회전요소가 상기 엔진 출력축에 고정 연결되는 복합유성기어세트; 제1 출력축; 상기 엔진 출력축으로부터 전달되는 회전동력을 상기 복합유성기어세트의 하나의 회전요소 또는 상기 제1 입력축에 선택적으로 전달하는 연결요소; 상기 복합유성기어세트의 하나 이상의 회전요소를 변속기하우징을 선택적으로 연결하는 결합요소; 및 상기 제1, 제2 입력축 및 아이들 축과 상기 제1 출력축 사이에 외접 기어 연결되어 상기 제1, 제2 입력축을 통해 입력되는 회전동력을 변속하는 복수의 기어열을 포함한다.
