The present invention relates to a variable wall structure of an active air flap for improving sealing properties. Provided is the variable wall structure of an active air flap, which allows or blocks introduction of air to a radiator, and is installed on a front side of a vehicle, wherein one or more hinge shafts where a flap is fixated in a width direction of a case of which a front surface and a rear surface are opened are mounted, a variable wall compressed toward the hinge shaft is mounted on each of both side surfaces of the case which is in perpendicular to the hinge shaft, and a degree of compressing the variable wall toward one side surface of the case by the flap is differentiated according to rotation of the flap. When the flap is in perpendicular to the front surface or the rear surface of the case, the variable wall is closely attached to the flap, and the present invention prevents air from leaking through a gap (clearance) between the case and the flap.

    본 발명은 실링성 개선을 위한 액티브 에어 플랩의 가변월 구조에 관한 것으로, 차량 전방에 설치되고, 라디에이터로의 공기 유입을 허용하거나 차단하는 액티브 에어 플랩의 가변월 구조에 있어서, 전면 및 후면이 개방된 케이스의 너비방향을 따라 플랩이 고정된 1개 이상의 힌지축이 장착되고, 힌지축과 직각인 케이스의 양 옆면 각각에 힌지축을 향해 가압되는 가변월이 장착되고, 플랩의 회전에 따라서 플랩이 가변월을 케이스의 어느 한 옆면을 향해서 가압하는 정도가 달리되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 플랩이 케이스의 전면 또는 후면과 직각일 때는 가변월이 플랩과 밀착되므로, 케이스와 플랩 사이의 갭(유격)을 통해 공기가 새는 것이 방지되는, 실링성 개선을 위한 액티브 에어 플랩의 가변월 구조를 제공한다.
