An automotive lighting apparatus is provided. The automotive lighting apparatus includes: a rear body (2) which is adapted to be fixed to the outside or to the inside of the vehicle; a front half-shell (3) arranged to close a mouth portion of the rear body (2); and at least one lighting assembly (4) which is located inside the rear body (2) and is adapted to backlight, on command, a corresponding transparent or semi-transparent sector of the front half-shell (3). The lighting assembly (4) includes: a radially emitting optical fiber (6) of given length; an electrically-powered, collimated light source (5) which is located in front of a proximal end (6a) of the optical fiber (6), and is adapted to direct, toward the proximal end (6a), a collimated light beam (r) which enters and travels inside the optical fiber (6); at least one proximal photometric sensor (8) which is arranged beside the collimated light source (5) and/or the proximal end (6a) of the optical fiber (6) so as to capture/detect the light reflected/scattered on entering into the optical fiber (6); at least one distal photometric sensor (9) which is located in front of the distal end (6b) of the optical fiber (6), and is adapted to capture/detect the light exiting from the distal end (6b) of the optical fiber (6); and an electronic control unit (7) which is adapted to command the collimated light source (5) on the basis of the signals coming from the proximal and distal photometric sensors (8, 9). The present invention increases the active safety of a new lighting assembly which uses the optical fiber to backlight the front half shell of light.

    차량 조명 장치로서, 상기 차량 조명 장치는, 차량의 외부 또는 내부에 고정되도록 된 후방 본체(2); 상기 후방 본체(2)의 마우스부에 인접하게 배치되는 전방 하프쉘(3); 및 명령시에 상기 전방 하프쉘(3)의 대응 투명 섹터 또는 반투명 섹터를 후방 조명하도록 되고 상기 후방 본체(2)의 내부에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 조명 조립체(4);를 포함하되, 상기 조명 조립체(4)는 주어진 길이의 방사상 발광하는 광섬유(6); 전동 구동되며, 광섬유(6)의 근위 단부(6a)의 전방에 배치되며, 상기 광섬유(6) 내부로 유입되고 진행되는 콜리메이션된 광빔(r)을 상기 근위 단부(6a)를 향하여 지향하도록 된 콜리메이션된 광원(5); 상기 콜리메이션된 광원(5) 및/또는 상기 광섬유(6)의 근위 단부(6a)의 후방에 배치되어 상기 광섬유(6)으로 유입시에 반사/산란된 광을 캡쳐/검출하는 적어도 하나의 근위 광도계 센서(8); 상기 광섬유(6)의 원위 단부(6b)의 전방에 배치되며 상기 광섬유(6)의 원위 단부(6b)로부터 빠져나오는 광을 캡쳐/검출하도록 된 적어도 하나의 원위 광도계 센서(9); 및 상기 근위 광도계 센서(8) 및 원위 광도계 센서(9)로부터 나오는 신호에 기초하여 상기 콜리메이션된 광원(5)을 명령하도록 된 전자 제어 유닛(7)을 포함한다.
