The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a trailing arm capable of improving rigidity while maintaining small specific gravity using a composite material, and to the trailing arm manufactured using the same. The method for manufacturing the trailing arm according to one embodiment of the present invention, as the method for manufacturing the trailing arm of a vehicle, comprises the steps of: preparing a composite material including 25 to 45 wt% of carbon fiber (CF), 0.2 to 2.0 wt% of carbon nanotube (CNT), and the remaining polyamide-based resin; and molding the trailing arm by injecting the composite material.

    본 발명은 복합소재를 이용하여 비중은 작게 유지하면서 강성을 향상시킬 수 있는 트레일링 암의 제조방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조되는 트레일링 암에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 트레일링 암의 제조방법은 차량의 트레일링 암을 제조하는 방법으로서, 탄소섬유(CF): 25 ~ 45wt%, 탄소나노튜브(CNT): 0.2 ~ 2.0wt% 및 나머지 폴리아미드계 수지를 포함하는 복합소재를 준비하는 단계와; 상기 복합소재를 사출하여 트레일링 암을 성형하는 단계를 포함한다.
