The present invention is proposed for the purpose of obtaining improved cooling performance while reducing material cost by simplifying a structural complexity of the conventional oil cooling method for vehicle motors. According to the present invention, the coolant (cooling water or cooling oil) supplied through the existing cooling pipe is directly cooled to the heat generating part inside the motor through the reservoir tank and nozzle attached to the motor housing. A reservoir space is provided in the motor housing as an integral or separate body to uniformly maintain and damp the pressure of the coolant, and cooling parts such as the stator core and coil are cooled by directly spraying the coolant flowing into the reservoir tank through a flow path formed without a cooling pipe to the heating part. Further, cooling efficiency is doubled through intelligent control of coolant recirculation control and injection type and timing.

    차량용 모터에 대한 종래의 오일 냉각방식의 구조적 복잡성을 간소화하여 재료비를 절감하면서 개선된 냉각성능을 얻고자 하는 목적으로 본 발명을 제안한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 기존에 냉각파이프를 통해 공급되던 냉각액(냉각수 또는 냉각오일)을 모터 하우징에 부착된 리저버 탱크 및 노즐을 통해 모터 내부의 발열부에 직접 냉각방식으로 분사한다. 모터 하우징에 리저버 공간을 일체형으로 또는 별체형으로 구비하여 냉각액의 압력을 균일하게 유지 및 댐핑하고, 냉각 파이프 없이 형성된 유로를 통해 리저버 탱크로 들어오는 냉각액을 직접 발열부에 분사하여서 스테이터 코어, 코일 등의 발열부를 냉각시킨다. 나아가 냉각액의 재순환 제어 및 분사 형태, 시점 등의 지능적 제어를 통해 냉각효율을 배가할 수 있다.
