The present invention relates to a fuel cell system for preventing durability and membrane deterioration by rotating a stack enclosure or a stack unit according to a preset value, and an operating method thereof. When an output condition of the stack unit is continuously monitored to satisfy a low output condition or if a periodically set criterion is satisfied, an air inlet/outlet and fuel inlet/outlet are changed by rotating the stack enclosure or the stack unit. Accordingly, stress, which has been concentrated only on the air inlet by conventional air supercharging, etc., is dispersed not only at the air inlet but also at the air outlet. In addition, according to the present invention, water due to flooding which has been disproportionately condensed inside a fuel cell is redistributed in a balanced way, so that the membrane deterioration of the fuel cell can be prevented and the durability can be improved. The fuel cell system of the present invention comprises: the stack unit; the stack enclosure; a drive unit; and a control unit.

    본 발명은 기 설정된 값에 따라 스택 인클로져 또는 스택부를 회전시켜 내구성및 막열화를 방지하는 연료전지 시스템 및 이의 운전방법에 관한 것으로써, 스택부의 출력 조건을 지속적으로 모니터하여 저출력 조건을 만족시키거나 주기적으로 설정한 기준을 만족하면, 스택 인클로져 또는 스택부를 회전시켜 공기 입/출구 및 연료 입/출구를 변경시킴으로써, 기존의 공기 과급 등에 의해 공기 입구부에만 집중되었던 스트레스를 공기 입구 뿐 아니라 입구 출구에도 분산시킬 뿐만 아니라, 연료 전지 내부에 불균형하게 응축되어 있던 플러딩에 의한 물을 균형있게 재분배시켜 연료 전지의 막열화를 방지하고 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
