A stepper bicycle that can achieve effects of cycling and walking at the same time and can run at high speed is provided. The stepper bicycle includes a power transmission device that converts a vertical motion of a pedal into a rotational motion and transmits the rotational motion to a rear wheel. Here, the power transmission device may be configured with first to fourth rotation modules to increase the speed three times in total. In addition, since the second rotation module and the third rotation module are coupled by a belt, when an excessive force greater than a threshold value is applied to the pedal, the second rotation module idles against the belt to prevent damage to the power transmission device and increase safety.
