According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a wireless charging pad which can improve charging efficiency and heat dissipation characteristics by applying a three-dimensional structure to a magnetic material. To this end, the wireless charging pad comprises a coil, a shield unit, and a first magnetic material. Accordingly, the wireless charging pad and a wireless charging device using a structure thereof can be usefully used in electric vehicles which require large-capacity power transmission between a transmitter and a receiver.
