The present invention is to provide a vent mast capable of preventing a safety accident due to boil-off gas having a risk of flame from occurring in a cabin without changing the height of the cabin or the height of the vent mast, and a ship including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a vent mast comprises: a discharge pipe through which a fluid is discharged; a duct part provided on the outside of the discharge pipe, and through which the fluid is moved and an outlet is formed; and a control part which adjusts the fluid so that any one of a pressure or a speed of the fluid discharged to the duct part is high or fast compared to that of the fluid discharged through the discharge pipe.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 벤트 마스트는, 유체가 배출되는 배출관; 상기 배출관의 외측에 마련되고 유체가 이동되며 출구가 형성되는 덕트부; 및 압력 또는 속도 중 어느 하나는 상기 배출관을 통해 배출되는 유체에 대비하여 상기 덕트부로 배출되는 유체가 높거나 빠르게 이루어지도록 유체를 조절하는 조절부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
