Disclosed is a sheath heater for an electric vehicle heating module, using a low-power, high-efficiency non-oxide ceramic heating element. Since an insulating material filling the inside of a tubular body is formed of aluminum nitride, the sheath heater can generate heat instantaneously and quickly and facilitate easier transfer of heat, thereby reducing power consumption, can decompose fine dust and odors by emitting far-infrared rays when generating heat, be resistant to electrical resistance and high temperature, have improved corrosion resistance and electrical insulation, and prevent a heating wire, connected to a terminal part, from being disconnected, thereby preventing occurrence of a failure due to a short circuit, can sinter, pulverize, remix, and charge aluminum nitride, which is an insulating material, thereby greatly increasing thermal conductivity, can prevent a sealing part from being separated, thereby greatly increasing durability and robustness, and can have the aluminum nitride (15 w/mk), which is the insulating material, having thermal conductivity higher than that of magnesium oxide to rapidly radiate heat to increase the overall performance by 10% or higher, thereby solving a problem that since magnesium oxide (MgO) has a thermal conductivity of 3 w/mk, emission of heat from a heating wire inside a conventional sheath heater to the heater surface is delayed.

    본 발명은 관형 몸체의 내부에 충진되는 절연물질이 질화알루미늄(aluminium nitride)으로 이루어져 있기 때문에 순간 발열이 빠르고 열전달이 용이하여 소비전력을 절감하고 발열 시 원적외선 방사에 의해 미세먼지와 악취를 분해하며 전기저항과 고온에 강하고 내식성과 전기절연성이 뛰어날 뿐만 아니라, 단자부와 연결되는 전열선이 끊어지지 않음에 따라 단락에 의한 고장발생률을 미연에 방지하며 절연물질인 질화알루미늄을 소결처리 후 분쇄하여 재혼합하여 충진함에 따라 열전도성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있으며 실링부가 빠져 이탈되는 것이 방지되어 내구성 및 견고성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있으며, 절연물질 질화알루미늄(15w/mk)의 산화마그네슘에 비해 열전도율이 빠르기 때문에 빠른 열방출이 있어 전반적이 성능이 10%이상 향상됨에 따라 종래 산화마그네슘(MgO)의 열전도율이 3w/mk 임에 따라 시즈히터 내부의 열선에서 나온 열이 히터 표면으로의 열방출이 늦어짐을 해결할 수 있는 저전력 고효율 비산화물 세라믹 발열체를 활용한 전기차 난방 모듈용 시즈히터가 개시된다.
